Shipping policy

 PACK & SHIP:

  • All Orders are Packed Thoroughly With Care.
  • Orders Placed Before 4:00PM Monday-Saturday (EST) Will Be Packed & Ship the Same Day
  • Orders Placed After 4:00pm Monday-Saturday (EST) Will Be Packed & Ship the Following Business Day
  • If You Choose the "Next Day Air" Option at Checkout, Your Order Will Be Packed & Shipped The Same Day (must be prior to 4:00PM EST) or Next Day (Excluding Sundays)

For Example: If You Place An Order on Saturday at 6:30PM (EST) Your Order Will Be Shipped that Coming Monday. 

 

*** Please Note: Custom orders and special requests are not the same as the Savedtype shop shipping policies listed here, and will be processed under separate rates & delivery terms. Please inquire for more details on our custom request shipping policy.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We will happily ship any product or honor custom requests to areas outside of the United States. However, custom requests do not qualify for our free shipping promotion or fall under our standard shipping policy. For a custom request or inquiries on international shipping rates, please contact us directly.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS AVAILABLE:

  • Standard Delivery (FREE) 5-7 Business Days 
  • Express / Next Day Air ($50.00) 1-2 Business Days

 

TRACKING INFORMATION:

  • Tracking Numbers Are Always Included in Your Order.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your items tracking number(s) and/or tracking URL included. If your tracking numbers are not included in this email, please contact us immediately at (706) 524-4682 or SavedSigns@icloud.com

 

INSURANCE & REFUNDS:

  • We cover your entire order for the full amount of the cost of the items when shipped. Should anything happen during delivery (broken, damaged) your shipping carrier will issue a refund for the order with Proof of Damage. Proof of Damage is required for refunds and done through the shipping portal provided to your in your shipping confirmation email.
  • We do not issue refunds for shipping costs for delayed deliveries. You may request a refund for your shipping cost for delayed deliveries by submitting a claim with USPS/UPS. Your tracking number is required for refund claims & is included with your confirmation email with your order. 

  • Shop Signs, Custom Orders or Antiques are Non-Refundable. 

For Example: If Your Order Total is $316.50, We Insure Your Package & Delivery for $316.50
