Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
• We have a 7-day return policy on all Non-Sign products that we offer; (Apparel, Prints, Accessories etc) which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• To start a return, you can contact us at savedsigns@icloud.com.

• Any communication about refunds placed outside of our emailed preferences will not be read.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Customer provides all return shipping costs
• There will be a 10% restocking fee applied to all returns.
• Shop Signs, Customized Orders, Authentic antiques, collectibles and/or vintage restored items are non-refundable. No exceptions.
• Items that are not in satisfactory condition when returned to us will not be refunded.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
PROCESSING TIMES
• Refunds are processed once we have received the returned item & inspected. Processing times may vary based on your banking institution.
WARRANTY
• Saved Signs Offers a 90-Day Warranty on Every Sign we Create Starting at $99. Please inquire further for details regarding a warranty on your sign.
